Why on earth a 20-year-old boy decided to write a book about business life – read this novel and you will know…

The book tells the story of Eetu Hyppönen from 1985 till 2006. It concentrates on the coin business Eetu created and the UCCE-company that was founded for the coin business. The book is a good manual for all the young people who are making plans of setting up their own company. Through concrete examples Eetu describes his experiences, mistakes, success and how things can be done in a different and extravagant way.

First, there was only Eetu the schoolboy who had the idea of selling euros and making millions out of it. Later, he founded his own company and became CEO (Chief Executive Officer) who later became the coin man, and then the king of coins… The story of Eetu includes also Hollywood-like twists and conspiracies coming from different directions. Traveling with elders is not always fancy or easy going as they have always known how to abuse and take advantage of the younger and less experienced ones.

Eetu Hyppönen has learned things during his journey that many will never learn during a lifetime. Eetu does not consider a person who has been bankrupted as a failure or a bad person: “Bankruptcy can be called the HIV of business world in Finland. Everybody thinks it is contagious and that it spreads by touching. So all the people vanished around me. Despite all the terror and horror, I recommend the experience for everyone. All the difficulties and discouragement are good for you in the long run. At least for the sake of clearing up the air around you. Everybody should experience bankruptcy in their life because everything cannot always go well. It helps you to prepare yourself especially for the times when things do not go well. And that is what teaches you a great deal.”
